Verbena Prive pieces are crafted with high-quality materials and meticulous workmanship. To ensure our designs retain their form and texture for many years, we recommend the following care guide:

• Professional Care: As most of our products have a delicate structure (corset boning, sequins, leather textures), only professional Dry Cleaning is recommended.
• Washing: If washing at home (only if indicated on the label), hand wash in cold water and do not wring the product.
• Ironing: Iron on low heat, from the reverse side of the product, and preferably with the aid of a protective cloth. Never iron directly on areas with leather details.
• Storage: To prevent damage to the structure of your corseted and shaped products, we recommend storing them on a suitable hanger in a moisture-free environment, rather than folding them.
• Contact: Please note that perfumes, deodorants, and similar chemical substances can harm the fabric of the product.

Shipping and Delivery:

• Free Shipping: For all orders placed through Verbena Prive, the shipping fee required for the product to reach you is covered by our institution.
• Delivery Time: Your orders will be prepared and delivered to cargo within 2-5 business days. Your cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when your package is dispatched.

Return and Exchange Policy:

• 7-Day Rule: You can return or request an exchange for the product you received within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Contact: To initiate the return or exchange process, you need to send an email to verbenaprive@verbenaprive.com stating your Name-Surname, Order Number, and the reason for the transaction.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for packages sent to us for return or exchange purposes are covered by the sender (customer).
• Personalized Products: For products specially prepared according to your measurements or altered, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted due to legal regulations.

Return Conditions:

• The product's original packaging must not be damaged, the tag must not be removed, and the product must not have been used. For corporate invoiced orders, a return invoice is mandatory.
